NeoV is a cutting edge "Optical Glass" technology that
is designed into the front bezel of the AG Neovo display, to enhance
the display quality and viewing comfort for the user. The patent-pending
NeoV Technology is exclusively developed and owned by AG Neovo
The NeoV Optical Glass adheres to
a stringent manufacturing process that hardens the glass for added
strength and quality. As with a typical LCD display, the panel hardness
only reaches 2H (out of 10H) on the MOH's Hardness Scale, so the panel
can be easily scratched or damaged. With the NeoV, the glass attains
a measurement of 6 on the hardness scale. This hardness will protect
the panel from dirt, repetitive touching or other devices that can
damage the LCD panel's fragile membrane.
Anti-Reflection
The NeoV Optical Glass posses multi-layer
coating, it is capable to decrease the reflection from 4.1% to 0.93%,
which results in a 77.3% visual improvement.
High Transmittance
With a high 97.7% transmittance rate,
the NeoV provides a nearly perfect brightness for the panel. In a
typical glass, the transmittance is 91%. Both the transmittance and
reflectance can be custom-made to fulfill the various environmental
and customer needs.
Improved Viewing Comfort
Through NeoV Optical Glass, the color
appears more softened and graceful, while making it more comfortable
for extended reading periods.
Easy to Clean
NeoV Optical Glass has passed the
CNS (13033) A-level acid test and B-level alkali test. The filter
can be easily cleaned with water, alcohol or common cleaning solution.
Customized Color Range
By adopting a specially designed coating,
the NeoV Optical Glass is able to provide a customized color range
to meet different environments and requirements.
